Rest in Peace doll!! It was a GREAT scene to read in the logs! Only wish I had been there to see it while it was being played out!! Glad the character is finally free!!
Take a look at the end of the scene and tell me it's not awesome!
Augustus:*Her screams were unsettling to someone who gave a damn, he unlike them, could care less how hard she screamed or how much she cried and begged to be left alone. She killed without, what he could tell, remorse, and whatever it was that was speaking for her, would simply take over and do it again and again. So one could assume he was performing a public service of sorts, taking care of the danger that lurks in such a taught little body.* Oh I shall, I'll do what it cannot. Close your eyes, this is going to be violent. *Both of his fists clenched as he let go of the cane, forcing himself to stand upright. His lips straightening as his teeth clench, his arms spreading wide as he body begins to spin rather violently in the air, stepping back as he slung one hand toward the opposite wall, and the other toward the dumpster where the body was, jerking her body back and forth, slamming it against the wall and then letting flesh collide with metal and grunge. The assault finally stopped after a matter of minutes, his fists relaxing as his left hand extended outward, the cane coming to him and resting in the palm. His eyes staring at her before he finally let his grip over her faulter, letting her fall to the ground.*
Dresden Wolvar: *There wasn't time to scream, really. It was impossible to catch enough air to make it doable between the unnerving, weightless slinging and the repeated bash, crash, scrape of her vulnerable body against the hard stone of the alley's walls. The first few blows had been mostly subverted by the fluffy, tough nature of her stolen coat but in the end the broken bones couldn't be prevented even if her flesh was spared the worst of the tearing and scraping; her head takes a few genuine blows that leave her conscious if not lucid. When he releases her and she crumples to the ground, she's wracked by a terrible, vile coughing as the thing struggles its way out of her body - it wasn't worth keeping and he wasn't going to die with the stupid bitch, after all. Brackish, foul blood and slime pour out of her mouth as the Bane extracts itself from her, the possession a failure when it had been soo damned close to having her. The wracked, broken body of the girl lays still, breathing shallow as she struggles to try and make sense of everything, her eyes staring forward, glazed and still. Above her, for a moment, is the spiritual manifestation of the foul thing that had polluted her, but it is shortly gone, leaving the failed host to her fate.*
Augustus: *He moves toward her, slowly lowering himself to kneel beside her with a grimace, eyes meeting her own. Watching as her Aura changes, sensing her pain even if she could barely feel it anymore. Struggling to his feet, adjusting himself as a sigh escaped him. He almost felt bad for her, she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and in the end it proved to be her downfall. Something as simple as killing a bum, how could something so dark and sinister take this girl and use her as it's toy. He needed to end it, make it somewhat quick. She had commited a crime, there was no denying it, but he still held some form of mercy, and whatever it was inside her, it was gone. She was beyond repair for the mortal shell and there was nothing further he could other than finish it. With a gesture her body would move and stand upright once more, pinned against the wall as his head turned slightly to let his eyes gaze over his shoulder toward the Dumpster, looking back to her, his brows furrow and his lips twist into a frown.* Humanity, it's so fragile. You're weak, and you deserve nothing less. *The dumpster screeches before finally slicing across the alley, slamming down across. Watching as her body vanishes behind the massive metal object as it swallows her whole with the impact.*
Dresden Wolvar: *There might have been a fragile, faint, Thank you in the air between them just before the dumpster moves unnaturally, fast and forceful, ending the wretched life. Even if there had been some recourse, some way to save her, her mind had been compromised and would never have recovered.*
Now that is one hell of a way to die! I enjoyed it hope you did too!!
